Dalian Shungji Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2001. At the beginning of its establishment, the company focused on the sales of carbon products, industrial tool products and casting and forging products. At the same time, it devoted itself to the development and application of new materials and new energy sources. After nearly 20 years of exploration and development, the company‘s product modules have been newly opened to the field of semiconductors, vacuum furnaces, precision ceramics and so on.
In 2006, in order to speed up our development of special carbon, our affiliated company Jinqi Carbon established a joint venture factory with Japan's TOKAI CARBON CO., Ltd. in Dalian and started localized production.
In 2013, we became the China Head Office of the Special Carbon Division of Tokai Carbon Co Ltd and was named Tokai Carbon (Dalian) Co., Ltd. The main products include isostatic graphite, moulded graphite, extruded graphite, carbon/carbon composites, SiC coating, solid SiC, glass carbon, purified graphite, impregnated graphite, etc. The fields involve solar energy, semiconductor, optical fiber, LED, die manufacturing, heat treatment, glass industry and many other industries.
In 2008, our company cooperated with KYOCERA Corporation in the field of precision ceramics. The products cover precision ceramic polishing disc, ceramic substrate, sapphire substrate, vacuum sucker, sapphire crystal rod, etc. We have established cooperation with many large semiconductor and LED wafer manufacturers in China.
In 2015, we set up a semiconductor division of semiconductor in Shanghai. Mainly engaged in semiconductor related business.
